In 2006, the company is founded under the name of Siemens Enterprise Communications, following a carve-out process. The business operated, for four years, as a division within Siemens SRL, a global leader in unified communications. May 2010 brought important changes. Following a global decision by Siemens to reorganize its business, the company changes its ownership and becomes Enterprise Business Systems, retaining its expertise in the design, delivery and implementation of communications equipment for companies.
